Terms of Service

1. Overview
Synalux LLC (“Synalux,” “we,” “our”) provides a restaurant point-of-sale and ordering platform (“Synalux POS” or “the Service”) that enables customers to place food orders via phone, WhatsApp, and web. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Messaging terms
When you place an order through Synalux POS, you may receive transactional SMS or WhatsApp messages including:
- Order confirmation with order number and total
- Secure checkout link for online payment
- Pickup/delivery notification
Message frequency: 1–3 messages per order. No recurring marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
By providing your phone number and placing an order, you consent to receive these transactional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you may place orders in person at the restaurant without providing a phone number.
3. No third-party marketing
Your mobile phone number, messaging consent, and opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We send messages solely for the purpose of fulfilling your restaurant order. We do not engage in third-party marketing, lead generation, or promotional messaging of any kind.
4. Orders and payments
Orders placed through the Service are between you and the restaurant. Synalux facilitates the ordering process but is not responsible for food preparation, quality, or fulfillment.
Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment processors. Synalux does not store your credit card information. Refunds are handled by the restaurant according to their refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Place fraudulent or abusive orders.
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
Synalux provides the Service “as is.” We are not liable for service interruptions, order errors by the restaurant, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
